Visitor information
The information desk is located at the main entrance to Jena University Hospital. Our staff there will tell you which ward your relative is on. You can reach the information desk in Building A (main entrance) by telephone on 03641 9-32 08 50 and in Building E on 03641 9-32 80 20. The Central Emergency Department can be contacted on 03641 9-32 20 50 to enquire about admitted patients.
If you or your visitors need help on your way through the clinic, our patient guides will accompany you from the information desk to the correct clinic, ward or department. The guides, who are employed by the Saale-Betreuungswerk der Lebenshilfe Jena at the Lobeda Clinic, are available at the main entrance on weekdays from 7.30 am to 5.00 pm. You can recognise the friendly helpers by the lettering on their clothing. If your companions would like to accompany you through the clinic themselves, wheelchairs and luggage trolleys can be borrowed from the information desk.
Do you already know which ward your relative is on? Then the map of our Lobeda site will help you find your way around. You can pick up a printed copy of this map free of charge at the main entrance.
