The research training program of the CSCC-RTG is organized in collaboration with its neighbouring graduate schools and research training groups, the Jena International Graduate School of Molecular Medicine (JSMM), Interdisziplinäres Zentrum für Klinische Forschung (IZKF), Leibniz Graduate School on Ageing and Age-Related Diseases (LGSA), RTG1715 and the Jena School for Microbial Communication (JSMC). The CSCC-RTG curriculum includes a multifaceted scientific program of lectures, meetings, seminars and workshops to deepen the knowledge in the area of sepsis research and in molecular medicine in general as well as to extend the methodological and professional skills.
The curriculum includes:
¬ Communication of scientific core competences
¬ Communication of interdisciplinary competences and transferable (soft) skills
¬ Mentoring program
Annually the CSCC offers methode and soft skills course plan.
The final certificate will list all activities, accomplishments and commitments of the student within the training program. It will be delivered to those students who has succesfully defended their thesis and reached at least 8 ECP equivalents (MD) or 30 (PhD).
