In 2021, after expiration of federal funding, the CSCC was formally re-established and its organizational structure adapted in accordance with the requirements for a Center at the Jena University Hospital. Current full members are twelve clinics and institutes at the JUH as well as two non-university research institutions. The directors or a permanent substitute represent the respective institutions in the general assembly.
