Autophagy is a fundamental cellular process in which misfolded proteins and damaged organelles are broken down and recycled. Disruption to this process has been linked to various diseases. Against this background, the Else Kröner Graduate School AURA is focusing on projects that examine the mechanisms of autophagy and their regulation in various model systems.
To discuss these projects and recent developments in the field, we cordially invite you to attend the 2nd AURA Symposium. We are delighted to welcome guest speakers from Frankfurt am Main, Kiel and Jena, who will present an overview of their recent research, and we look forward to lively discussions.
Please register now (Deadline: 24 June 2026)!
